No one hotel is endorsed by the University, this list of some of the area lodging is provided to you as a service only.
Parking Rules and Regulations
On campus parking is strictly regulated on weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Visitors driving to campus for one weekday may park in Lot 21 or Lot 23. A campus shuttle runs a fixed route from those lots to the conference venue.

After 5:00PM on weekdays, and all day Saturday and Sundays, employee parking lots are available for general use, though not overnight. For a visitor parking map, please see here: visitor parking map.

The conference will be held in Dodds Auditorium on the main floor of Robertson Hall.
Continental breakfast and a light, boxed lunch will be provided for all registered attendees in the clearly marked areas on both sides of Dodds Auditorium. Boxed lunches may be carried to the tables provided on the lower level of Robertson Hall in the Bernstein Gallery. The Bernstein Gallery may be reached by elevator or stairs, located to the West of the building's glass entrances.
Please be sure you collect your lunch tickets from staff when you sign in the first morning of the conference.
Coffee, tea and water will be available all day outside of both entrances to Dodds Auditorium. Beverages and food are allowed in the auditorium.
Saturday only: Lunches may be taken to Shulz Dining Room, on the main floor of Robertson Hall, to the East of Dodds, as well as the Bernstein Gallery.
Dinners are restricted to speakers, organizers and invited guests.
